The room was spacious and had all the

necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, which truly enhanced the experience. I also appreciated the clean surroundings and convenience to local attractions, but the breakfast could have more variety on busy mornings.

I faced issues with check-in due to reservation confusion, which left me waiting for an extended time in the lobby. Although the staff eventually resolved the issue, the experience was stressful and could have been more efficient. Unfortunately, I also encountered a noise problem from nearby rooms that disrupted my rest during the nights.

absoluteley shocked by the front desk incompetence—they kept insisting I owed a balance even after showing my receipt, how rude! And, despite my DO NOT DISTURB sign, housekeeping barged in twice, like I didn't matter. I almost gave a good review for the design, but no welcome gift? Truly unthinkable for a place like this.

The kids loved the free breakfast, especially the actual food, unlike just packaged stuff! The staff had this easy-going attitude, made me feel good knowing my family was cozy and safe.
